The passport is an essential document when dealing with international travel. Always observe the validity of your passport: it must be at least until the date of his return to Brazil. Otherwise go to any country that requires visa (eg USA, Australia etc), the minimum required is 6 months.

What to do in case of loss or theft

1. When in Brazil ...

Important announcement

The new Brazilian passport (blue) does not register membership of the traveler (not in the parents' names). Therefore, minors, traveling or not accompanied by parents, in addition to a valid passport, will also perform at the check in the card or original birth certificate.
